Regional Sales Engineer

 

Job description

 

Responsible for the sales of various food raw materials, auxiliary materials, or additives;

 

Domestic customer contact, contract negotiation, product production coordination, after-sales service, and achieve sales objectives;

 

Coordinate with each department to track the completion of sales contract or order until the contract and order are completed;

 

Handle customer complaints and returns, feedback to leaders and relevant departments on problems found, propose solutions and follow up results;

 

Collect sales data and market information regularly, and provide analysis data for product and customer development direction;

 

Establish customer data files, keep track of customer dynamics, master customer information and maintain customer relationship;

 

Assist the leader in charge to do well in market development, cultivate new market and develop new customers.

 

Requirements:

 

Major in food, biology, chemistry, etc., college degree or above, more than 1 year related sales experience,

 

Experience in e-commerce product proposal planning is preferred;

 

Experience in promoting and selling food raw and auxiliary materials and plant extracts is preferred, and experience in large customer service and application R & D is better;

 

Familiar with the laws and regulations of food industry, understand the market situation of functional food field, have certain market sensitivity and product market positioning ability;

 

Optimistic personality, outgoing, excellent communication and affinity, independent analysis and problem solving ability, can withstand pressure and adapt to business trip;

 

Active work, strong self-discipline, responsible, careful, patient, good team spirit;
